About Sushi Making Studio

In this class, you will be able to learn about traditional Japanese culture, gain hands-on experience in the art of Sushi making, and enjoy a delicious meal!
You will also be able to meet my robotic pet, Bell.

Sushi Making Studio is designed to provide the best experience of Japanese Culture for all people. 

Sushi Making Experience

Sushi is the most famous Japanese food that has spread all over the world. To become a Sushi Chef, one must practice for several years. However, with this class, you will be able to learn how to make several kinds of Sushi in only 2 hours. In addition, your Sushi making skill will be portable to your home by the tips and recipes we provide. Classes are offered in smaller sessions (less than 5 students) to increase your learning.

Arts and Robot

My robotic pet named "Bell" welcome you after Sushi Making. It's made by Sony and uses AI technology to become smarter day by day. Students will be able to learn some Japanese words and use them to play with Bell. You will be able to take your pictures with Japanese the traditional artifacts. It will be a good combination of new and old Japan. Chef Matsushita will give you stories about Bell, Japanese arts, and traditional customs.

Location & Gathering Place

The studio is located close to Tokyo Tower and Zojoji Temple. You will be able to enjoy sightseeing before/after Sushi Making. 
Onarimon Station (Mita Line), A-2 exit is the gathering point. Students will be able to come here from Hamamatsu Cho station (JR Yamanote Line) by 8 minutes walk and from Daimon station (subway: Asakusa Line and Oedo Line) by 6 minutes walk.  You can enjoy Sushi Making even before leaving Japan because Hamamatsu Cho is the terminal station of Tokyo Monorail going to Haneda Airport. -> Please click a map below for more detail about the location.
